I am writing to apply for the Cleaner role at Cardale Office Park advertised on your website. I currently maintain office, communal and washroom areas at a commercial office building, following COSHH guidelines for cleaning chemicals and restocking consumables such as soap and paper towels. I also carry out regular deep cleans of communal kitchens and meeting rooms as part of my weekly schedule.
When a burst pipe caused unexpected flooding in one corridor last winter, I worked with the site supervisor to clear and dry the area safely before staff arrived the next morning, avoiding any disruption to the working day. I complete my cleaning schedule independently and report any maintenance issues promptly.
