Ceev helps you present your own experience. You are responsible for checking your CV before using it. We do not promise interviews, jobs or acceptance by every recruitment system.
Packages and revisions
Standard includes one CV and one AI revision; Plus includes three revisions; Premium includes ten. Plus includes three cover letters, Premium ten and Job Search three per CV; three more cover letters can be added to any unlocked CV for £2.99. Job Search is monthly, with one new CV per day and three revisions per CV. Prices are shown in pounds sterling, including any VAT, before you pay.
One revision is one successfully delivered alternative, including job tailoring or instructions. It counts even if you keep the old version. Failed requests do not count. Manual corrections, template changes, repeat downloads and printing are included. Upgrade a one-off package by paying the difference; previously used revisions still count. There are no extra revision packs in this version.
Subscription timing and cancellation
The daily allowance resets at midnight Europe/London, including daylight-saving changes, and does not roll over. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid term. Previously unlocked CVs remain downloadable after ordinary cancellation, subject to the disclosed retention policy. Subscription AI benefits end at the end of the paid term.
Payment and access
Payments are taken securely by Stripe; we never see your card details. Your complete CV unlocks as soon as Stripe confirms the payment, and we email you a copy. A checkout return page alone is not proof of payment, so a delayed confirmation can take a few minutes; your draft stays saved.
Discount and referral codes
Discount and referral codes may reduce the price. Codes can be limited in number of uses, restricted to certain packages, withdrawn, or expire at any time, and only one code or credit applies to each payment. A referral link is remembered on your device for 60 days and applied at checkout. With a friend’s refer-a-friend code you get a discount on one purchase per account; you can’t use your own code. When a friend buys with your code, you earn a free CV worth the Standard package, used automatically on your next unlock. It has no cash value and is withdrawn if your friend’s purchase is refunded before you use it. Referral partners are paid commission under their own agreement with us; commission isn’t owed on refunded or disputed orders.
Cancellation and refunds
Your CV is digital content supplied straight away. Before paying, you ask us to supply it immediately and acknowledge that your 14-day right to cancel ends once it is unlocked. If your CV cannot be generated, cannot be downloaded or is faulty, tell us within 30 days and we will fix it or refund you in full. The Job Search plan can be cancelled at any time from your account; it stays active until the end of the period you have paid for and is not refunded for part-months. Your statutory rights are not affected.
Your content
Use accurate details that you have permission to provide. Do not upload malicious files or use the service to fabricate qualifications. AI output may contain mistakes; review and correct it before you use it. Two single-column templates, selectable PDF and editable Word are included.
Our responsibility
We take reasonable care to provide Ceev as described. We are not responsible for recruitment decisions, or for losses that were not foreseeable when you bought. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited.
