Hairdresser CV example
A strong hairdresser CV shows your qualifications, the services you can do with confidence, and that clients come back to you. It should name real techniques such as colouring, cutting and finishing, and show that you keep a busy salon floor running smoothly.

Tips for a hairdresser CV
- List your qualification clearly, such as NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Hairdressing, with the year you finished
- Name the services you do well, for example cutting, colouring, balayage, perms or bridal styling, rather than just writing 'hairdressing'
- Say roughly how many clients you see in a week and whether people rebook with you, as this shows you can build a following
- Mention consultations and patch tests, because they show you work safely
- If you rent a chair or work mobile, explain how you find and keep your own clients
- Add a link to a photo page or social account if you have one, and only use photos where the client agreed
