Childminder CV example
A strong childminder CV shows that you keep children safe, plan play around the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) and talk clearly with parents. It should list your paediatric first aid, safeguarding training and registration, where you hold them.

Tips for a childminder CV
- Say whether you are registered, for example with Ofsted in England, and keep your paediatric first aid and safeguarding certificates in date
- List your paediatric first aid, safeguarding and food hygiene training with the year you completed each one
- Describe how you plan play around the EYFS in plain words, rather than just writing 'fun activities'
- Include a line on how you keep parents informed, since trust is what parents are choosing
- Mention your insurance and DBS status if a parent or agency might ask
- Give the ages and numbers of children you have cared for, so the reader can picture your setting
